Sometimes after a Chromebook/Chrome profile reset problems still exist. This is usually related to your google profile syncing ‘bad/corrupted’ settings and or data to the device.
For a complete clean out of google sync data:-
- Open settings in the browser, right of browser window, three vertical dots
- Clean out data
- Type sync in the settings search box
Click Sync and google services
- click Data from Chrome sync
- Click Clear Data
- Type sync in the settings search box
If using a Chromebook:
Please close any tabs open and reset your Chromebook again.
